Maybe things are changing? 
I recently got this response from V-Com: 
"Dear Customer, 
I've sent a couple of questions off to eCS's support to see if I can gain 
any insite on what might be happening. We'll be in touch. 
Regards, 
VCOM" 
I'll let you know if I ever hear anything more from them.
