Yea, but you don't get paid for your services. Very different issue. As an  
observer, I have seen this issue come up two or three times in recent memory,  
and there is simply no acceptable excuse for it. If they want my money, I  
expect to read that people who pay for a service are getting the help they  
need, when they need it. 'Busy' is simply not an excuse to give a paying  
customer.  
 
Some of us do learn by watching, and I am learning about why I should hesitate  
to buy eCS.
