You have at least one typo. If the Mozilla directory is in PATH, you can
get by with:
mozilla.exe %s
Note the space. If the Mozilla directory is not referenced in PATH, you
are going to have to do what you did in msgutil.cmd and supply a full
pathname:
H:\Mozilla\mozilla.exe %s
You might also needed:
H:\Mozilla\mozilla.exe "%s"
It depends.
