If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

What I want to do is create an email message with headers, in a REXX program,
and then send it as is from the same REXX program. I am trying to use sendmail
but it gives me an error message "No Local mailer defined: Error 29". They
documentation for sendmail on OS/2 is not very helpful. It has the syntax for
using send mail to do what I want but not much help in how to do it. If
sendmail cannot be used this way is there another program that will allow me to
send email using a batch program? I can write a program to do what I want but
it would be much simpler and much faster if there is an existing program that
will work.
