Are you sure you're even on their turf . . . vs. what
used to be GTE and I guess must now be Verizon (?)
territory ?

Oh, man, I feel for you, because Adelphia is really
the ***PITS***. Their cable tv service REALLY blows
(and is seriously overpriced). I wouldn't touch them
with a very large bargepole.
