You should at least make some attempt to monitor the OS2VOICE announcement
list. It's rare for something not to be announced on this list. More
often than not, this is the first list where something new will be
announced, but when it is not, the delay is usually minor. Even if you
don't read the list regularly, you can always search it when needed.
