You are missing a DLL. You can up pmdll or chkdll32 to figure out which
one has gone missing. It is also possible some of the eCS dialog enhancer
updates did not get applied correctly. That can cause DLL issues.

I use both Emtec and FTPBroswer. I like FTPBrowser's UI better, but it's
got a few nits that I never seem to have time to patch up.
