Newsgroups, I couldn't tell you, since I see them very
infrequently, and I"m not sure what well-visited OS/2
websites host announcements. (Besides which, it is
highly unlikely we'll be getting any visitors from
well outside this area.)
I would think that the VOICE List is probably the
organ of record for these things. If there is a
better OS/2 | eCS news ticker around these days, would
someone please call it to my attention ?
