Jack,
It's been quite a few months, so my memory is hazy. However, I think
that when you open OO (after installing, and before registering), you
can click on Help and Registration, and get to the registration dialog.

For me, since I have registered already, I don't get anything when I
click on Help then Registration.

I hope I'm remembering correctly!

Otherwise, you may reinstall, and you may even be able to register
before completing the reinstall.
