Seems to me you've done a column or two on this. I'll
try to look it up.

This is indicative of what you get today, with the
*very* outsourced Tech Support. It wasn't especially
good when it was all domestic, but nowadays it is a
whole lot worse.

If I can get onto *someone else's* News Server, I
think that would be QED. (Latin for Proved, In
Spades.)
