Hi Jordan,

Nobody seems to have answered your question. I have used PM a lot, but not
recently.

So, IIRC, I think the trick is to use PM and then go back into LVM and
recreate the volumes. I wish my memory were more accurate, but I think
that was all I ever had to do and never had any problems.
