You have the right directions. Use the the existing Application entry for
Mozilla as a guide and add one for SeaMonkey with the same structure.
To add a new key, use RMB -> New -> Key or use the Edit menu.
Add a Seamonkey.exe key under Applications and an Enabled key under the
Seamonkey key. After you add the Enabled key, RMB -> Modify and set the
key value or use the edit menu.
For more help on using the editor, there's always the Help menu.
