Sometime recently, I started getting the BINL & DHCP Server
Administrator programs started on bootup. I can't remember doing
anything to cause this, and I can't figure out how to get rid of them!
Where and how do these rascals get started? Not in startup, cmd or in my
startup folder. I already checked there.
I also have three instances of cmd.exe running, all of which are running
in D:\TCPIP\java. There is no earthly use for these that I can see, and
I don't know how they get started, either!
Any ideas?
Thanks!
