You need to re-read the sentence where I said you needed a working Odin
setup and a properly configured wvgui to play these.

Why? The source code is available. There's nothing to stop another
programmers with an interest in the driver from continuing development.
Note that I never consider lack of prior knowledge a reason not to try.
