A presentation is on the list.
For the impatient, with mkisofs and cdrecord, it is
mkisofs2 -v -o file.iso -r -J -b boot.img h:/tmp/CDImageOnDisk
cdrecord2 -vv file.iso
where boot.img is the boot diskette image and h:/tmp/CDImageOnDisk
contains your modified CD content.
You can do the same thing with RSJ, but I don't use RSJ so you will have
to figure out the details yourself.
