Don't those specs need to be applied to a given OS for that OS to be
able to use a given piece of hardware? Or, if the OS/2 community
doesn't write a driver, it can't use that MB, true?
Just when we seem to have better P&P for video and sound than Win
does, we have to start over with MBs?
