There's nothing obvious here that I can see.

You might be running out of resources somewhere in the LAN networking
stack. Check the totals here agains what is allocated in protocol.ini.
Use nb64k.exe to make sure resources allocated in protocol.ini fit in the
64K data segment.

The token ring references normal. They have been there since you started
using OS/2 with LAN networking support.

What does the Peer error log show in the way of messages?
