Not quite. Not unexpectedly, unzip does not know how to process an LHA
archive. The ancient lh2.exe can't handle it either. The also ancient,
DOS lha.exe can handle most, but not all of the content.

Odin's pe.exe, could extact the content easily.

One needs to keep in mind that while the innowin runtime tends to have
fewer defects, it only supports a subset of the APIs supported by an
standard Odin install.
