You have a somewhat broken IDE driver. What version of Dani's driver did
you use?

You need to try a different driver. Don't forget to uninstall the current
driver before installing a new audio driver.
I would try the latest uniaud from the netlabs FTP site.

Get Veit's pcivk49 and run it to get the NIC chipset ID. Then we can look
for a driver. It should be obvious, but the only drivers included on the
eCS CD are those that the vendor allowed Serenity to include.
If you like humor, you can try to talk to Dell about your eCS problem.
Actually, now that you have the box, you can use the asset id to get to
the support site. The support site is usually better about supplying
hardware specifics.
