Not really. It's more like no one bothered to fix it. You don't want to
know the reasons. They were mostly what I would call stupid people
tricks. Anyway, the mail server is now functioning significantly better
than before. I've got a few small issues to work out. Once I am
satisfied with the stability, I will bring the searchable web archives
back to life. I may also put in put in place some tools to allow retrival
of historical messages.
