The previous Sig needs to complete before we can use the room. It runs
from 11:15am to 12:30pm. Sometimes it breaks up earlier, sometimes it
does not meet. So the best answer is everyone can assemble starting at
1pm.
Based on this, I'll plan on being their by 12. If we have to wait for the
prior SIG, so be it.
