Hi Steven,

Thanks for the information.

Under Windows I have "Thinkpad Utilities." Everything there is reported
as normal. Audio says I have Crystal WDM Audio, and all is reported to be
working properly. Yet under OS/2, the BASEDEV VHDO0437.SYS does not load.

I don't see any Thinkpad utilities under OS/2. What would be the first
thing I need to do to troubleshoot this?
