Gurus,

All of a sudden (at least, I don't remember doing anything), when I
start eCS 1.2 I get a window labeled STARTUP UP that runs NET STAR REQ.
I only connect to the Internet and a printer through my router. I don't
think I need NET STAR REQ to run. It is not in my STARTUP.CMD. Where
else might it be called from?
