Hi,

I guess no one has a specific answer for you.

First off, you would really help yourself if you stated exactly which
version of what driver you installed? There are several variants of
UNIAUD. If you really did install the Innotek version, it is pretty only
and does not work on a number of recent chipsets.

There is the possibility that sound chipset on your system is not
compatible with the driver you chose. Who recommended that you use it?

Have you tried the Netlabs UNIAUD driver? See:

http://www.netlabs.org/uniaud/

It is undergoing current development, supports a variety of chipset and
there are active support forums.
