Try adding:
BASEDEV=usbMSD.ADD
Read the readme (usbstor.txt).
If you're unable to get it to work using this, you might try using Chris
Wohlgemuth's USB mass storage kit . Info on this set fo drivers can be
found at http://www.os2warp.be/index2.php?name=cwusb.
