Depends on your need and useage. It's not my only service, and while I'm
in the office a lot, I'm also out frequently, and freqently *need* access.

I don't know - you'll need to check the rates yourself. They get quite
complex, to say the least.

*My* plan includes roaming. I assume that it applies to the EVDO card,
too. It hasn't been an issue yet. You'll need to ask.

That card cannot use voice over the line. My phone can voice dial. The
card is the card, the phone is the phone.
