One other option is an IDE-SCSI converter module. Several companies
make them but they're kinda pricey. You plug your IDE drive into the
converter, plug the converter into the SCSI cable, and the IDE drive
becomes a SCSI drive. I don't know if this would completely solve my
problem but it would allow the motherboard BIOS to boot.
