Most likely you're out of luck, I think. There may a jumper on the drive to
limit what it reports itself as (to the BIOS and the rest of the machine in
general) a 32 GB drive but then, guess what. You've got a 32GB drive. That's
what I had to do to limit a 40GB on a machine that wouldn't recognize more than
a 32GB.
