That's pretty ancient. 4OS2 3.03B is that last commercial version. The
free open source version is something like v3.04f. The jpos2dll.dll
problem is most likely because you don't have the DLL in your LIBPATH.

Did you delete the directories or just the content. If you deleted the
directories, eCSMT should recreate them for you. They are usually under
\VAR\ECSMT\DOWNLOAD on your boot drive.
