I installed a 6 GB USB hard drive and got it running.
I then removed the 6 GB drive and replaced it with an 80 GB USB hard
drive. That I cannot get running.
With the 6 GB drive, I used LVM to create a new volume. I then went to
Windows and formatted the drive as Fat 32. I could then read to and write
from the drive under both OS/2 and Windows.
With the 80 GB drive, Dfsee recognizes it as 76308.7 MB, but LVM sees it
as 11807 MB under OS/2 Warp and 32247 MB under eCS.
LVM says the partition table may be corrupt, and will not let me create a
new volume.
I then went into Fdiskpm which recognized 78000 MB, but when I deleted the
partion with fdisk, it showed 11807 MB free space.
I need a way to change the drive so LVM will recognize it and let me
create a volume using all the space. Dfsee seems to have no problem with
this drive.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sandy
