Hi Jack,  
 
The problem is with Citi Bank. I have no problem with First Bankcard or  
American Express.  
 
I was using Mozilla 1.8a5 -- I switched to verson 1.7.5, but that has not  
made any difference. I also tried Firefox. (IE under Windows works fine.)
