Jordan, you are correct that the next live Help Desk is next Sunday,
Jan. 9. Since it's held at NOCCC, the NOCCC website (www.noccc.org)
says Jan. 9, Feb. 6, Mar. 6, Apr. 3, and May 1 would be the next 5 Help
Desk sessions.
