I changed my configuration and eliminated TCBEUI. Now each NIC only has TCP/IP
and NETBEUI, this works. So now I can boot and whichever NIC is connected is
used and "net use" works.

Only one problem with "net use". If I am connected through the wired NIC "net
use" displays a list of connections. If I am connected through the wireless
NIC "net use" makes the connections but does not display them.
