I have a URL for their bugtracker here somewhere. Shouldn't be hard
to find, but I'll post it if you like.

Random -- maybe. Actually, not that seldom. Not in my experience,
nor that of the other responders here, I think. It is probably common
enough to merit a report to development, if they happen to be unaware
of it.
