Yes you can have both TCPBEUI and NETBEUI on a single adapter along with
TCP/IP. I have all three defined on my gateway machine's internal LAN and on
the outside connection I only have TCP/IP. I need both TCPBEUI and NETBEUI
because I have OS/2 and windows machines connected to the gateway. As I
understand it the OS/2 machine uses NETBEUI and the windows machine uses
TCPBEUI.

I do not understand why you have TCPBEUI on your outside connection. I also
use the Injoy Firewall but only have TCP/IP on that connection.
As to the problem I am having, it seems to have gotten worse. Yesterday "net
use" stopped working on the wired NIC, it had before then. The only thing I
remember doing was making a backup of PROTOCOL.INI and IBMLAN.INI because I
want to change them to see if I can get NETBEUI and TCPBEUI working on the
wireless NIC. Anyone have any ideas on how to trouble shoot the "requester"
and find what is going wrong?
