It works better if you read the readme:

\os2image\disk_0\README.TXT

Specifically, section 2.2

It may be, but IIRC it needs a FP or two to work correctly.

That's says it's probably your driver selection.

I had one of these too back in the early Warp4 days.

Well, this is feasible only or a short time. The new system is going to
almost certainly require new versions of the some of the drivers.

True, but possible for difference reasons.
