Jack,
If you are running PKZip under ZTree Bold, you simply tag all directories in
the tree portion of interest, do a ShowAll tagged files, then hit CTRL-F5 to
make your archive file. There are some menu choices you toggle, just before
making the Zip file, including one for retaining the exact file structure.
("Store PATHS: Full"). I leave PATHS: FULL set as my default for this. I'm
sure there must be something similar, for other file managers or command
shells that can run PKZip. Running PKZip directly is something I only do for
a few functions not really covered by the shell. Putting in all those options
via command line would be a royal PITA, to me.
