My DSL connection has been down for two days. Verizon service appears to be
nonexistent, they have scheduled an appointment for the 21 and I expect someone
to show up even though it is now fixed. But it is finally back up and running.

At least I now have two profiles. But "-profilemanager" does not take
parameters so how do you start Firefox with a profile without having to have
the profile manager pop up. I can see how to set one profile as the default
but then all Firefox sessions starts with that one profile. In Mozilla the
"-p" command line switch took a parameter which was the profile name for this
session.
The help both the local help and the online help leave a lot to be desired.
These profile extensions you mentioned, where they located, I could not find
them?
