Subject: SCOUG-Help: Can't dump to dump partition

Some time ago I asked why I couldn't dump to my O: partition.

I finally ran extdisk.com and it said "INT 13H extensions are supported."

My bios hard drive page reads:

Heading: Primary Master: User Type HDD

Type: User Type HDD
Translation Method: LBA
Cyl: 1024
Head: 255
Sector: 63
CHS cap: 8422 mb
Max LBA cap: 20490 mb
Multisector transfers: Maximum
SMART monitoring: Disabled
PIO Mode: 4
Ultra DMA Mode: 5

I also have a Plextor CDW PX-W2410TA as the master on the other channel.

There are no slaves on my system.

From this info can someone see what my problem is? Should I choose the
"auto" alternative to "user type HDD"? Or enter the hard drive name and
size manually?

TIA for the help.

Jack
