This looks more like a one time read error to me. I recognize the
intended driver names (e.g. vdostcp.sys etc.) but the implication is that
the config.sys was not read correctly.

You might want to reseat all the cables and connectors.

I suspect your Warp4 install is just fine. This looks like an
intermittent hardware issue.
