Amoung other things, the ZoneEdit account does not belong to SCOUG.

The reason for the SCOUG is obvious, although stupid.  The reason you were 
blocked is still not quite clear to me.  I thought you were sending though 
ZoneEdit and that your real IP would not be an issue.  If you are trying 
to send direct, then I agree that the reason is the same.
