I was not suggesting to use them as an ISP just as a registrar. I use godaddy
to register my domain names since they are cheap, don't use them for anything
else.

The DUL blocking problem can be fixed simply by using your ISPs email server as
the output server for any personal email server. It is very easy to fix.
