The difference is that SCOUG is not sending your mail to Verizon. It is
sending it to ZoneEdit and ZoneEdit is forwarding it to Verizon.

This will happen eventually when admin rights of the SCOUG domain changes.
I suspect you have forgotten some of the historical details.

The problem is inbound to Verizon, not outbound.
