What do you really mean? The WarpCenter or the Warp3 Lauchpad or the
eCenter or something else?

What version of OS/2 are you running this on?

This is odd. I would expect any run with /c to fail the same way. Oh
well.

Try a run as:

checkini /s /w

and e-mail the log to me.
