I think Jack is making up fictitious email addresses for me to send
messages to.

All three of his email ISPs have now refused to accept email from me:

jnpf@usa.net
pfisterer@gtcinternet.com
an479@lafn.org

Imagine the search string he must use when he goes looking for a new ISP

"email but no Duck mail"

Jack, send me your mailing address. I'll print the info you asked for
and then have it delivered "via human touch".
