Subject:	SCOUG-Help: installing thunderbird

The thunderbird installation documentation recommends
downloading a self installing file into the thunderbird
directory. I did that and now have there file libc-0_5_1.exe
I still get the message that file "LIBC05" is not available.
What am I doing wrong?
