Actually, that one never got through because I have no
access here from the EarthLink account, for the reason
shown at the bottom in a bounce message I received.

Well, I can't pinpoint the cause, but it's most likely
due to something one of those webmail interfaces is
doing. Whichever interface it happens to be should be
indicated by something in the headers, as seen above.
Let me know the next time you see an example of this.
