Keep reading until you understand that mixing and matching different
versions of the Mozilla apps can be done, but takes some understanding of
the possible interactions and how to prevent them. Pay particular
attention to comments about LIBPATHSTRICT and Rich Walsh's RUN!.

FWIW, downloading yet another possibly incompatible version of NSPR4.DLL
will not help you solve your interaction problems.
