I think that's what I meant. The mail doesn't go to verizon.net, it
goes to peterskye.com.

My url tracking file (which is basically for my own domains) says
SCOUG.COM expires 5/30/2006 and the current admin is Rollin, though I
didn't go to Network Solutions to verify.

What dost thou referest to with thine "historical details" metaphor?

Non, non, Sir Steven. Mark originated this thread complaining about
*my* DSL DHCP outbound messages to him being blocked.

The problem is, whether I'm sending to Mark or SCOUG is sending to
Denny, that the IP address is blocked by the receiving ISP. My IP is in
a bank of IP addresses that are blocked by a small number of ISPs, and
apparently the same for SCOUG.

The single solution for both of these situations is a relay. Bob
suggests ZoneEdit as a possible relay for SCOUG outbound, and he
suggests that I set my SendMail to relay through my Verizon account for
my own outbound. Other relay points, as long as no one is blocking
them, would also be successful.
