I would not take it personally.
The problem is that there are just too many idiots that open every email and
attachment in sight and have had their machine taken over with a trojan which
then sends spam and more trojans and viruses. Since DSL and cable are so
popular these machines can really put out the junk. So the only way to stop
them is to refuse email from DUL IP addresses (Dial Up Lines are considered to
be dial up, DSL, and cable).
